Our lovely client is looking for a friendly, organised individual to provide general administrative assistance.
Part-Time: 20 Hours per week, Mon-Fri (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage enquiries, bookings and lettings of building and spaces.
* First point of contact for visitors to the building, including answering the phone, handling email inbox and opening post.
* Ensure efficient running of the office, ordering supplies and stationery.
* Count, balance and bank all monies, handling invoices using Quickbooks.
Key Attributes
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Understands and upholds confidential matters
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
