This is a role responsible for producing Help Guides and Release Notes for the Orderwise product releases.
Responsibilities
* To create & maintain appropriate help guides for the Orderwise software being tested
* To review and amend Release Notes for each Orderwise Release to ensure they are complete and of the required standard
* Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers to understand the nature of changes/new features so they can be documented appropriately in the Help Guides and Release Notes
* Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers when required to ensure issues are understood, effectively recorded and communicated to ensure a satisfactory resolution
* Participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support other colleagues in their development and training
* Suggest ways to improve existing processes within the QA team

* Hands-on experience in using authoring software tools, ideally MadCap Flare
* Working knowledge of Git-based source code repositories
* Working knowledge of SQL
* Hands-on QA experience
