About The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse with a background in Training and Education, looking for the next step in their career. This role will involve delivering training for Lloyds Clinical nurses and building training packages. You will support our Clinical Contact Centre Nurses to stay competent and work closely with key stakeholders to review commercial aspects of the role. You will manage projects, work on external conferences and report back to nursing teams.
Key duties will involve:
* Being accountable for the delivery of high-quality training and education across nursing services through careful assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs and requirements.
* Overseeing and monitoring the recording of training and document storage of training and education records to ensure accurate data reporting of training status throughout the nursing function.
* Working closely with Nursing management to complete audits, review training and take part in tenders.
* Sourcing external training and accreditation as required and input to relevant training proposals in line with budget.
* Working with internal stakeholders to ensure care and services are delivered in align with business growth.
* Supporting in the field shadowing and signing off Homecare Nurses in their required competencies.

About You
A strong background in Training and Education is required for this role, Oncology experience is also preferable, but not essential. You'll need to be well-organised to succeed in this role, as you'll be responsible for managing your own workload and itinerary in order to meet deadlines. You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others and liaise with stakeholders of all levels. Other must-haves include having a valid NMC PIN, IT skills and a full UK driving license as travel to Lloyds Clinical sites is required.
