Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for one of our clients based in Birmingham. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management team. This is a stand-alone role with no hybrid working.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
1. To maintain all HR systems ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date.
2. Preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing CV's, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.
3. Supporting and leading Formal Meetings (disciplinary, grievances and flexible working applications).
4. To administer starter/leaver processes.
5. Advising employee and Line Managers on all HR related queries.
6. Confident in chairing ER related meetings such as disciplinaries.
HR Manager Details:
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 PA
Location: Birmingham
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
HR Manager Requirements:
1. Previous experience of working within a HR environment.
2. Advanced knowledge in verbal and written communication skills.
3. Up to date knowledge of legislation.
4. Able to Multitask.
