SALARY: £29,000 depending on experience
HOURS: 40 hours per week
CAR PARKING: Parking on site
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Export Account Co-ordinator. The candidate will play an integral part in the successful Export Customer Service and Logistics Team, responsible for direct communications with top customers and effective negotiation skills.

ROLE PROFILE:
* Day to day management of specific Export Accounts
* Work with customers to build and nurture relationships
* Meet service targets specified by the customers
* Liaise closely on a daily basis with the Distribution and Factory teams to organise timely and cost-effective despatch to the customer
* Updating computer records
* Supplier correspondence and filing

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
* A customer service champion
* Export/Supply Chain experience
* Experience of working in a busy customer service environment
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexible nature
* Good IT skills
DESIRED CRITERIA:
* International supply chain experience
* Export experience
