ROLE: Customer Service Advisor / Internal Account Manager – Waste & Recycling
SALARY: £28-34K plus Bonus and Benefits

CORE DUTIES: Customer Service Advisor / Internal Account Manager – Waste & Recycling
This role has sales, customer service and environmental compliance elements
Processing requests on the CRM
Delivery of a high level of customer service, dealing with phone and email-based enquiries
Booking waste collections via 3rd party operators
EXPERIENCE: Customer Service Advisor / Internal Account Manager – Waste & Recycling
You will communicate clearly via the telephone and have a good standard of written English
You will be conversant with MS Office and be quick to familiarize yourself with new software systems
You will have worked in a role involving customer service and logistics in a service lead operation.
