We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team for the 2025 season at our stunning coastal hotel in North Wales. If you are passionate about fresh, local seafood, enjoy working with the best seasonal produce, and thrive in a creative kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
2. Assist in menu planning and development.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
4. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
5. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and methods.
3. Passion for food and creativity in dish presentation.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
