Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we are delighted to share that we have a new exciting opportunity to join the business as Service Manager for our Bournemouth branch.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage and coach the team to offer a first-class, flexible service to customers.
2. Work closely with DAF aftersales department, ensuring their procedures are strictly adhered to.
3. Take financial responsibility for profit and loss, budget, KPIs, and for site management.
4. Build relationships with all customers based on trust and integrity.
5. Key account management, maintaining and building positive working relationships with customers and ensuring deadlines are met.
6. Manage the team effectively, ensuring the department is always adequately staffed and all issues are dealt with.
7. Ensure that DAF/Fiat dealership standards and KPIs are achieved.
8. Identify opportunities to grow business.
9. Set objectives and targets to achieve continual improvement.
