In this role, you'll work across teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and play a pivotal part in implementing new initiatives across departments but with a particular focus on Tech and Operations. Please note this role will be located at our Northampton office 3-4 days per week with 1-2 days of working from home each week. You will collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, aligning projects objectives with organisational goals and act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll be handling project requests from across the business but will have a particular focus on our eCom operations and Tech, think data warehousing, AI implementation, B2B improvements and more You'll be focused on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining clear communication at all times. It'll be down to you to create detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
