Post 2: HORTICULTURE & WOODWORK CO-ORDINATOR
The role involves engaging individuals in Woodwork and Horticulture activities.
Key Requirements include:
1. A proven track record in and knowledge of HORTICULTURE, assisting the Senior Co-ordinator in the planning, development, and implementation of the Odell allotments and garden annual planting schedule.
2. Excellent WOODWORK skills to deliver woodwork-based activities in a workshop-type environment, using a wide range of hand tools and power tools.
Non-essential but beneficial practical skills include:
1. Traditional Rustic Woodland Crafts
2. Bushcrafts
3. Green Woodworking
4. Coppice Crafts
5. Willow Working
6. Basketry Crafts
7. Fishing
General all-round excellent practical skills to assist the Senior Co-ordinator with maintenance work in and around the Centre would be beneficial.
Salary: £25,750 per annum
Core Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
Annual Leave: 36 days per annum (inclusive of all 8 Bank Holidays)
