Tasks
1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
2. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
3. Coordinate the flow of information within the team
4. Direct and control daily operations
5. Direct staff
6. Evaluate daily operations
7. Open and distribute mail and other materials
8. Plan and control budget and expenditures
9. Supervise other workers
10. Train staff
11. Establish and implement policies and procedures
12. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
13. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
14. Answer electronic enquiries
15. Compile data, statistics and other information
16. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
17. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
18. Provide customer service
