Digital Product Owner- Pensions
We are currently hiring for a Digital Product Owner with Pensions experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
Inside IR35
Remote- once a month travel to the London office.
Responsibilities:
1. Primary focus on product is post-authentication user portal where personalisation is heavy and data points are mostly dynamic & powered via API/other end points (rather than dynamic/marketing sites)
2. Excellent with designing baseline offering for multi-tenancy enterprise grade software for millions of users (B2B2C)
3. Have strong and hands-on experience with product discovery, requirement definitions, scenario/segment handling (where personalisation is heavy), error handling/other non-functional requirement in ideation stage
4. Hands-on to translate the business requirements into detailed product requirements and write strong acceptance criteria
5. Strong collaboration skills with Design, Analyst, Engineering, QA and Stakeholders to build user-centric journeys to meet the product strategy and expected outcomes
6. Proven record of improving product adoption and engagement, with strong partnership with Data and wider product team
7. Have worked in both digital-only and digital-first environments (or transitioning into digital first where he/she has supported digital transformation efforts and transition from IT model to Product model)
Experience:
8. With technical background to help coach engineering team as well
9. Practised SAFE agile model, or hybrid model of Waterfall and Agile
10. Pensions experience- Knowledge in workplace pensions; nice to have worked in heavily regulated industries Tech,. LegalTech, ComplainceTech.
