Locum for the forensic inpatient service, North London.
Role: Occupational Therapist
Band: 5 or 6 (depending on relevant experience).
Experience: Essential to have mental health experience, desirable to have forensic experience.
Period: Asap we have initial agreement for 3 months, with hopes to extend.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Who we are:
The North London Forensic Service (NLFS) provides comprehensive mental health rehabilitation to a mainly male adult population within medium and low security for service users who present with complex mental health needs and a forensic / offending history.
What we do:
The Inpatient OT’s manage a defined caseload on a forensic ward, whilst working in conjunction with the OT Community Team to support those on the discharge pathway and moving into the community. Both work alongside a robust multi-disciplinary team. Team working is an essential part of this role, not only on the wards, but when supporting service users in accessing the community as part of their recovery.
