About the Role:
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems within social housing properties. Your duties will include:
Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Completing remedial and reactive electrical work
Undertaking planned electrical upgrades and rewires
Responding to call-outs and emergencies
Working on a variety of domestic properties and communal areas
Utilizing a company-provided PDA and laptop for job instructions and reporting

Qualifications and Experience:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Own hand tools, power tools, and a calibrated multimeter (preferred)
Proven experience in carrying out EICRs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working within social housing (desirable)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet client needs and targets
Participation in an out-of-hours rota (1 week in 4 for North London & Herefordshire)
