Talent-UK are recruiting for a full time, permanent sales coordinator for their client based in Elland, the role has become available due to an increase in workload, are you looking to join a busy and dynamic team? The general duties of the role will include: Preparation of company quotes Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe, from Architects to Sub Contractors Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely manner Understanding and promoting products Coordination of internal departments Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels both proactively and reactively. Reading and interpreting construction drawings Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team Occasional travel to the UK and Europe. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm Skills and Experience Required Previous Internal Sales experience ideally with quoting experience A background in the construction industry if possible and if you have CAD experience this would also be beneficial but not essential Strong customer service skills Personable and professional Keen, motivated and willing to learn Experienced using Microsoft programmes Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable What’s on offer?
