Requirements
* Qualifications: Recognized qualification in Health and Social Care; NVQ4, RMA, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
* Experience: Must have experience as a registered manager.
* Commitment, flexibility, and dedication are essential.
* Experience in Domiciliary care.
* Home care management for 3 years.
* A driving license with access to own car is essential for this role.
We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our existing busy team in our Birmingham location.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, guaranteed contract, with holding the office phone at the weekend on a rotational basis.
The ideal candidate should have a car and full UK driving license. The position is demanding and involves both an office environment and community setting, ensuring a high standard of service delivery in line with company expectations.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the co-ordination of the service in terms of managing staff and resolving problems that may arise daily to minimize impact on service delivery.
* Organizing the day-to-day running of the service provision.
* Overseeing the service users as designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, and liaising with Social Services about changes in circumstances and requirements to maintain their required level and standard of service.
* Staff Development: Managing the appraisal, development, and supervision of all care staff.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to CQC Registration Service Levels.
* Operational Efficiency: Maintaining an effective on-call service and overseeing recruitment and training operations.
* Business Growth: Establishing new care packages to meet growing business needs and supporting business development through networking and marketing initiatives.
* Providing written reports of all complaints, accidents, safeguarding incidents, and untoward events in accordance with policies.
* Being computer literate and having knowledge of care management software.
* Representing the Company in a professional manner always, on the telephone, face to face, or in written communication.
* Ensuring Service Users are visited, reviews are done, Care Plans are implemented, and examining the written records of medication administration, finance, and daily log notes kept by Staff as required by the regulating body.
* Organizing and undertaking on-call duties as required by the company to ensure a 24/7 service is provided.
