Field based – can have space in Cowley or Nuneaton if required – but you will be travelling across sites to capture content

About the Job
As our Brand Video Content Creator you’ll be responsible for creating engaging video content for both customer-facing and internal
digital communications channels and campaigns. You’ll manage the production process from start to finish: storyboarding
visualisation, identifying the participants, booking locations, filming and editing (including post-production design elements).
You’ll work closely with the Brand, Marketing and Internal Communications teams to scope and produce engaging videos for a range
of audiences that are aligned with Unipart’s brand guidelines and overall business strategy.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Produce, implement, and shape Unipart’s video across both customer-facing and internal digital communications channels and
campaigns - (hands on role)
* Organise filming locations as required and travel to sites as required
* Work with the Brand, marketing, and internal communications teams to create engaging storyboards based on the scripts and
messaging provided
* Select and direct a range of video participants, including senior leaders, line managers, colleagues, with sensitivity and
clear creative vision
* Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of content, including interviews, pieces to camera, engaging b-roll, promotional videos for
internal campaigns and events, and street-style and viral style videos for ads and social media
* Deliver polished, platform-ready videos with an emphasis on pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks
* Own key relationships with internal and external marketing teams and creative agencies
* Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are implemented across both internal and external video content
* Identify KPIs for visual brand content and which tools to invest in to scale effectively
* Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly innovating and pushing boundaries in content creation
About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this
role!
* Proven experience within a similar role, preferably in a similar industry
* Proven experience in digital photography and videography, with a strong portfolio of work
* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom (familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus),
and comfortable with shooting equipment
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creating content that drives engagement
* Experience in producing projects, across multiple functional stakeholders
* Clear, collaborative communication style, with a knack for fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Creative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
* Strong commercial acumen
* Management of work streams and scheduling of creative projects within monday.com
