T his role will be based on site at Tatton House, 11 Caldey Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M23 9LF. This position offers a competitive salary and overtime. The standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours a week. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, your role is crucial for maintaining the quality and appearance of parks, open spaces, and highway verges, enhancing the reputation of the Trafford Account. What You’ll Do: Operate ride on mower either a Toro LTF3000 or Ransomes mp493 to cut highway verges and open spaces ,ensuring a neat and professional appearance. Perform pre operation check of machinery via check safe app. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE. Mow grass in a variety of terrains and conditions, adjusting cutting height and speed as needed. Perform basic maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubrication. Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including areas mowed and time spent. Why Join Us?
