Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end bid process, including prequalification, tender and post-tender clarification stages
* Work closely with estimating, planning, commercial, design and delivery teams to develop high-quality bid responses
* Lead storyboard sessions, content planning and bid strategy meetings
* Ensure bid deliverables align with client requirements and company standards
* Write and edit technical and non-technical content with a strong client focus
* Coordinate input from subject matter experts, consultants, and supply chain partners
* Prepare, maintain and manage bid programmes, trackers and submission deadlines
* Identify risks, opportunities and added-value offerings that enhance the bid
* Attend site visits, interviews and client meetings as required
* Maintain a library of reusable bid materials and project case studies
* Contribute to continuous improvement of work-winning tools, processes and templates
About You:
* Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a main contractor or construction consultancy
* Excellent understanding of the construction tendering process
* Strong writing, editing and communication skills
* Organised, methodical and able to work to tight deadlines
* Confident managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating large bids
* Degree educated or equivalent industry experience
