Barker Munro Recruitment, the insurance recruitment specialist based in Kent, has been retained by a well-established insurance broker to find an ambitious and professional Account Handler to join their team.
As an Account Handler, you will provide pro-active high-level technical and broking support to clients and offer the best advice regarding their insurances at all times. Typically, you will deal with higher-end corporate clients where premiums can be in excess of £25,000, although the majority of clients would be in the higher premium spend bracket. You will have experience dealing with all lines of commercial non-marine classes including, for example, Property, EL/PL, E&O, and PI. Additionally, you will act as a referral point to the remaining team members for technical issues/queries as well as handling the more complex renewals and larger paying clients.
