The Role As a Live & Breathe Account Executive you are liberated to think for yourself. You will have built a strong understanding of your client’s business and brand in a way that allows you to drive projects forward with tenacity. You use your diplomacy to handle internal and external relationships around the task, always going the extra mile and taking initiative to think about how you can surprise and delight your client and internal teams. You have a key role in developing strong client relationships. Typical projects will include managing integrated brand activation, shopper marketing, eCommerce and experiential campaigns. Responsibilities The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for organising and co-ordinating all aspects in the execution of projects and is a key contact for internal and external stakeholders with regards to work management and execution. An accomplished AE is highly organised and can successfully manage campaign execution and day to day implementation. This is the foundation of the role and includes resource management, reporting, monitoring budgets and timelines, effective client and internal relationship management. Work in Progress (WIP) reports, managing meetings and ad hoc tasks to support other members of the team. The AE is expected to have a strong understanding of how the Clients business operates and can ensure that the Clients expectations are understood and met. Ideal candidate Experience in Account Executive level in an agency environment would be advantageous Experience coordinating jobs and meetings, monitoring timelines and budgets, preparing reports General administrative experience in a multi-tasking environment, including filing and IT proficiency Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience delivering presentations in a proficient and confident manner. Ability to remain calm whilst managing multiple projects.
