What skills and experience we're looking for
• To teach children according to their needs and to plan, prepare and assess work in line with agreed school policies.
• To be responsible for the teaching resources provided for the class.
• To determine and supervise the work of the Teaching Assistant.
• To implement and maintain the Behaviour Policy of the school.
• To contribute to the SDIP - School Development & Improvement Plan.
• To ensure the development of a portfolio of moderated exemplars.
• To embrace the school’s development priorities as identified in the School Improvement Plan.
• To contribute fully to achieving the highest possible standard for our pupils.
• To maintain a good level of knowledge and understanding regarding school, LA and National priorities and how they impact on learning.
• To attend relevant meetings to review and evaluate the extent to which curricular targets and objectives are being met and contributing to the whole school improvement agenda.
