ACCOUNT MANAGER
A super exciting new vacancy for a IT/Telecoms sales Account Manager has just landed!. This is a key role within the sales team in which you will be proactively managing and growing an existing customer base. You will find yourself working within a collaborative and supporting team who have a genuine passion for delivering a first class service to their customers.
Salary 28-35K depending on experience, uncapped OTE c. 50-60K
Key responsibilities for the Account Manager include,
* Proactively manage the existing customer base by conducting regular reviews
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Understand customers businesses and pain point to provide tailored solutions to improve their operations
* Focus on customer satisfaction and retention rates
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
The ideal Account Manager will need the following,
* Proven experience in sales account management, ideally within the IT and telecoms sector
* Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to focus and address customer needs
* Ability to build working relationships with key decision makers
* Be a team player, who enjoys working with people and contributing to the overall success of both the Sales team and organisational objectives
* Being forward thinking and innovative
* Must be able to drive to attend meetings, a driving license is essential
