The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring project success by managing compliance documentation, creating handover packs, overseeing project activities, and providing excellent customer service. Main Duties and Responsibilities Completing and submitting all necessary compliance documentation accurately and within specified deadlines Ensuring documents meet regulatory and project-specific requirements Monitoring the project spreadsheet to ensure the wider team have completed all steps in the process and assisting them when needed Creating handover packs upon completion of an installation and submitting all compliance documents Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to monitor and track the progress of a project Liaising with customers to answer any queries, ensuring you give excellent customer service throughout Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding project status and documentation Conduct regular checks to ensure project quality and adherence to company standards. Address any quality issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
