The Outbound Performance Marketing Executive reports into the Senior Outbound Performance Marketing Manager. This role supports the team with the execution and optimisation of all outbound campaigns and programs to enhance brand awareness and generate top-of-funnel leads to support new business growth.
What that means day to day
* Support the Outbound Performance Manager with the design, creation, execution, performance and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
* Support prospective new business campaigns including ICP campaigns to both the customer base.
* Support the implementation of the welcoming of new customers.
* Support with the logistics of sector-based Tradeshows/conferences, pre-event, onsite, and post-event working with our internal events lead and external agencies.
* Support with outbound digital event marketing (i.e. webinars & webcasts), pre-event and post-event working with our external agency to execute to support the generation of quality leads.
* Support the business development executives (BDEs) and the Sales Team Manager in customer pipeline-building leveraging outbound channel tactics.
* Help administer sales-focused prospective communication materials.
* Build effective communication with key internal stakeholders across all levels.
* Support with the creation of prospective sales-focused communication and enablement materials including email templates, nurture campaigns and sales collateral to support the top, middle and bottom of the funnel buying cycles.
What you’ll need to be successful
* At least 2 years of commercial experience working within a complex and fast-paced B2B environment.
* Experience managing performance marketing strategies for larger clients with longer sales cycles.
* Demonstrable experience developing sector-based focused, ABM programmes.
* Good writing skills with a great eye for detail and ability to flex and adapt to engage different audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Able to source and manage data to support campaigns.
* Experience in managing corporate marketing events strategy and execution.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as with customers and partners.
* Knowledge of marketing, events and sales enablement best practices.
* Good project management skills.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot a plus).
