As a new position, you’ll a pivotal role within the Trust, reporting to the CEO, ensuring that schools understand and are equipped to adhere to their legal obligations. You’ll also excel at communicating this knowledge to stakeholders who may not be as specialised as you. Your main responsibilities will cover governance, compliance, project management, and estates. This position would suit you if you’ve worked as a school business manager before in both Multi Academy and government-maintained schools. You’ll travel between the three sites, giving you variety while leading an operational team of six. You’ll be working with the CEO and CFO, who have been brought in to support the Trust in its next steps of growth and success. They have ambitious plans, and you will be a key part of these plans, adding an additional level of expertise to the Trust.
