Receptionist at London Private Banking firm seeking a polished and professional HOTEL Receptionist or Corporate Receptionist to join their Front of House team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a luxury corporate environment, delivering 5-star client service and administrative support in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
You'll be one of two receptionists providing exceptional Front of House service, supporting senior staff and overseeing meeting rooms, travel bookings and office coordination.
Duties include:
* • Managing the switchboard and acting as first point of contact for incoming calls
* • Meeting and greeting VIP clients, staff and visitors with professionalism
* • Managing meeting room calendars and coordinating bookings
* • Liaising with hospitality teams to ensure smooth catering and room setups
* • Booking lunches, drinks and event refreshments
* • Handling general admin – post, couriers, scanning, printing and supplies
* • Supporting Executive Assistants and Directors with occasional PA-style tasks
* • Booking travel and accommodation for staff when needed
* • Maintaining a tidy and well-organised reception area
* • Previous experience as Cabin Crew or Corporate Receptionist essential
* • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
* • Confident liaising with senior executives and VIP guests
* • Calm under pressure, proactive and detail-oriented
* • Team player with strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
