Job Title: Customer Service Admin
Location: Billingshurst RH14 9SJ, on-site
Salary: £25,396.80 p/annum + Performance related bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch

Main duties:
1. Providing administrative assistance to Account Managers
2. Deal with incoming telephone enquiries, transferring to the correct parties, taking accurate messages
3. General administration duties such as processing sales orders and preparing invoices
4. Arranging couriers, sending tracking numbers, dealing with courier mix-ups, sending invoices
5. After sales ad hoc customer calls
6. After sales service – responding to customer non-technical enquiries and complaints
7. Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
8. Ad hoc data entry
9. Handling customer service on ecommerce platforms (messages, calls, invoices, returns)
Skills/Experience required:
10. Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team
12. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
13. Proactive and confident in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internally
14. Comfortable with prioritising and multi-tasking under pressure and to very short deadlines
15. Small team attitude: Flexible, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong sense of professionalism and dedication
16. Valid passport
17. Education: A-Levels or equivalent
