Job Title: Helpdesk Advisor (Hungarian & Lithuanian Speakers) Location : Peterborough Job Type : Full-time, Long-term Temporary (6 months) Salary : £13.33 per hour Hours : 37.5 hours per week We are currently looking for multiple Helpdesk Advisors to support customers with a range of electronic products, to provide advice and support with software and hardware issues. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and assisting customers with technical issues in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Take customer calls, respond to emails, and assist via the company chat function regarding issues with electronic products. Accurately document customer queries and troubleshoot problems over the phone. Provide troubleshooting advice and step-by-step solutions to help customers resolve issues, using the troubleshooting guidance documents provided. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, arrange for an engineer to attend to the problem on-site. Maintain full, clear and concise notes on each case for follow-up and quality assurance purposes to aid engineers before they attend to fix the problem. Ideal Candidates: Candidates must be Fluent in Hungarian or Lithuanian. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in the required language. Exceptional customer service skills and the desire to ensure all customers receive the highest level of support. A keen interest in technology and troubleshooting. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar helpdesk role is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
