The role
As a receptionist administrator, you will work in a hybrid role with a 30 / 70 split between front of house receptionist duties and administration support within the print room function. You will support the reception experience by providing a welcoming environment to both colleagues and visitors, acting as an information focal point regarding the building and airport, and assisting with any queries that may arise. Other duties include (but are not limited to):
* Issue temporary visitor passes to all guests and ensure their safe return.
* Receive and process parcels from various courier services.
* Resolving and answering queries received over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
* Provide comprehensive information to customers, colleagues, service partners and guests on all aspects of the airport.
In this role, you’ll also be required to work in our print room providing an efficient print finish service to MAG and other external stakeholders. Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Operate multi-functional printing machines.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding their requests.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
* Print production, bind, fold, laminate and finish documents to specification and lead time as agreed with the customer, updating the customer as required.
* Maintain a record of stock levels on stationery items, paper, toners and replace components, clean and support the use of printers, copiers and scanners.
* Assist with the consumable stock ordering and responsibility for adequate stock levels.
* Liaise with maintenance provider to ensure the regular maintenance of all equipment and to report equipment faults.
* Arrange couriers and postal services to deliver completed documents to customers.
What will make you successful in the role?
The ideal candidate will have previous front of house experience, preferably within an office environment. You will be confident meeting and engaging with new people and be passionate about service delivery and exceeding colleagues and customer expectations. You will be experienced working within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to successfully multi-task and be able to adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities. A high level of attention to detail is key to this role, as are strong verbal and written skills. Previous experience within a print room environment is desirable but not essential as we are committed to providing you with the full training needed for this role. Please note: due to the dual aspect of this role, some manual handling will be required.
