Description
The HRBP will:
1. Support the Senior HRBP to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Coach line managers to drive capability and performance.
5. Support on complex employee relations cases.
6. Partner with leadership teams to support several different business units.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
1. Proven working experience as HRBP within an engineering/warehouse/factory/distribution/production environment.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and databases.
3. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Job Offer
