The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities include:
* Serving as an Employer's Agent on certain projects.
* Managing projects from inception to completion.
* Establishing effective communication with all client suppliers and operators.
* Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client specifications.
The Construction Project Manager
* Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB (desirable but not essential).
* A degree in Construction, Project Management, or Building Surveying.
* Previous experience in a Project Management role within a construction consultancy.
* Experience in acting as an Employer's Agent is a significant bonus.
* Demonstrated experience across various build sector projects.
