Business Development Manager – SaaS | £30-35k Double OTE | 2 Days in Bath A growing SaaS business is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and support its expansion The business runs a platform designed to help businesses win more contracts by providing real-time tender alerts, pipeline tracking, and market insights. The Role: New business focus – engaging prospects, booking and running demos, and closing deals. Selling a high-value SaaS product to executives across a variety of sectors. Supported by SDRs, but you’ll own the full sales process. Phone-based role, so confidence in outreach is key. Earn up to 20% commission on anything over target. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of closing experience in SaaS, IT sales, events, hardware, or professional services. Strong communication skills and a proactive, sales-driven mindset. Comfortable running demos and managing a short sales cycle. Able to work 2 days per week in Bath, with flexibility otherwise.
