Are you a BABCP accredited CBT therapist? Do you have some training and experience in delivering ACT? Are you looking to develop your operational and leadership skills? We are looking for a Lead Therapist to manage our first Towards Hub in Leeds/Manchester. You will provide operational leadership and management to a small team of PWPs and counsellors. Additionally, you will support Towards Apprentices in their clinical placements, providing guidance, mentoring and support.
We are particularly interested in people we can help shape and develop. Your skills, attitude and attributes are more important than years of experience.
What you will do day to day:
* Maintain a clinical caseload.
* Manage, support and guide the team at the Leeds/Manchester Towards Hub.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
* Work towards a set of objectives agreed with the Chief Clinical Officer.
* Build a network of local professionals.
