Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons that inspire and challenge students. Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for A-Level teaching if applicable. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Develop and implement effective lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with the curriculum. Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Contribute to the wider school community, including participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and departmental meetings. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies. Uphold the school’s values and policies, including those related to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students. Expectations: Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
