Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Mentor, your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and supportive school environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with students to address and manage challenging behavior.
2. Providing individualised support to promote positive engagement and personal development.
3. Collaborating with teaching staff and other support professionals to implement effective strategies.
4. Conducting regular assessments to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
5. Building positive relationships with students, families, and staff to create a cohesive support system.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. A genuine passion for supporting students' emotional and behavioral well-being.
9. Ability to implement effective behavior management strategies.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
