We’re working in partnership with our client to recruit a driven HR Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality support across all areas of HR. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact—overseeing key HR processes that shape the employee experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, creating a smooth and engaging journey for new starters, and manage the delivery of the company’s induction programme. Collaborate with HR and operational teams to review and enhance current HR practices, ensuring they deliver real value. Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g. absenteeism, probation reviews), providing insights to support strategic planning at senior level. Proactively manage absence cases and support performance management processes to maintain a motivated, high-performing team. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date, enabling informed decision-making. Support HR processes such as documentation, grievance procedures, and assist with payroll coordination to ensure smooth operations. Organise and promote training and development initiatives, including on-the-job learning and cross-skilling opportunities across the site. Get involved in company-wide engagement activities, such as charity events, CSR projects, and social initiatives that strengthen culture and community. What We’re Looking For: Solid HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic and hands-on environment. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities while keeping calm under pressure.
