Job Description:
Solventum is a leading company in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to internal and external customers
* Work with customers to resolve issues and engage our Level 2 team when needed
* General application troubleshooting skills for workstations, including memory, audio issues, and MS Office
* Communicate with customers via phone or email to gather information, troubleshoot issues, or relay solutions
* Monitor internal ticketing systems for trending issues and SLAs
Requirements:
* High School Diploma/A-Level
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent organizational and time-keeping skills
* Current, valid Driver's License
* Keen passion in IT
Work Location:
* Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Malvern at least 2 days per week)
Travel: Limited to less than 10%
