What You'll Do:
As a Finance/Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing purchase ledger transactions with precision and accuracy
2. Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
3. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
4. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
5. Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
6. Building positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues
7. Seeing all transactions through from purchase to pay
Who You Are:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and a knack for finance! Ideally, you will have:
1. Experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar purchase ledger role
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving
