An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' post-qualification experience to join a well-regarded and growing practice in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent role for an individual looking to further their career in employment law within a supportive and dynamic environment.
As an Employment Solicitor, you will handle a varied and interesting caseload, working with both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues. You will provide expert legal advice and guidance, helping clients navigate the complexities of employment disputes, and working to achieve positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious issues.
2. Advise clients on matters such as employment contracts, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and TUPE.
3. Represent clients at employment tribunals and in other dispute resolution forums.
4. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and policies.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear, practical advice and exceptional service.
