Job Opportunity: Clinical Support & Education Specialist
Are you someone with a background in nursing or Operating Department Practice (ODP) and experience with video technologies such as endoscopy, arthroscopy, or navigation, coupled with a passion for medical education and training on innovative technologies to improve patient care?
Do you come from a background in intraoperative clinical support or sales within Urology, Gynaecology, or General Surgery, and have experience assisting surgeons with new treatment options or innovative approaches to patient pathology?

Role Overview
Based in the West of London, with travel from a home base in Reading/Oxford, you will support the region by providing clinical support and training on a cutting-edge technology platform designed to enhance laparoscopic surgery and improve patient outcomes. You will also identify and educate prospective surgeons on new pathways for patient care.
You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams to deliver training workshops, support first-time users, conduct clinical evaluations, and promote system utilization among surgeons, staff, and customers within your region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships in clinical settings and gain OR access.
2. Communicate effectively about anatomy and surgical procedures.
3. Maintain knowledge of capital equipment used in OR environments.
4. Support sales growth and system adoption through training and clinical support.
