Helpdesk Customer Services Advisor - Mid and East Antrim Council

About the role:
* Rate of pay: £ 13.02 ph.
* Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
* Duration of post: Temporary for 2 months
* Location: Ballymena

Duties:
* Be part of the core Customer Service Team for Waste
* Provide information, advice and guidance in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensuring that all customers receive a professional and comprehensive level of service at all times
Criteria:
* 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent
* 1 years’ administrative experience in a busy office environment to include:
* Working knowledge of a wide range of administrative activities within a customer service environment
* Proven ability to work proactively in a complex and busy office
* Excellent communications skills
* Confident use of databases and Microsoft packages
* Understanding of the role of Customer Care to Council Stakeholders
