We are looking for a creative Campaigns Officer with a track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns and a passion for youth marketing to join the University’s Marketing Office. This role is based within the Campaigns Team, who lead on brand-level marketing for student recruitment, including web, email marketing, advertising, organic social campaigns, and the creation of online and offline assets such as videos and prospectuses. The Team is made up of marketing, communications and digital content specialists who deliver B2C activity from initial lead generation through to enrolled student. This is a varied role with input into all the brand-level Campaign Team’s work, but with a particular focus on advertising, content development and email marketing. You will have experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and knowledge of digital advertising for lead generation such as paid search, paid social, programmatic and retargeting. The post has line management responsibility for two marketing coordinators and therefore we are looking for someone with the ability to motivate and mentor others – you do not need to have prior experience of formal line management. As well as creative writing and project management skills, you should have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work. Experience of using content management systems, email marketing software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems would be an advantage. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with a hybrid work pattern. The preference to fully work on campus can be accommodated if desired.
