MOPAC undertakes a broad range of statutory duties and works closely with the Mayor of London, Deputy Mayor and Metropolitan Police Service to deliver the priorities that will create safer London communities. We’re looking for a Planning and Performance Manager to join our Corporate Services Directorate. This is a crucial role, helping to ensure we work efficiently, stay focused on our priorities, and deliver the best possible outcomes for London’s communities. What you’ll be doing As part of this role, you will be at the centre of MOPAC’s business planning and corporate performance work, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: Shaping and improving business planning processes, ensuring alignment with the Police and Crime Plan, corporate performance measures, and risk management processes. Developing and monitoring corporate KPIs to track progress and drive improvement. Leading on corporate performance reporting, ensuring senior leaders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. Managing a small, multidisciplinary Policy and Projects Team, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and flexibly to meet business needs across MOPAC. Why join us?
