Job Description
1. Working with the Principal and Senior Team to deliver high-quality bid documents, PQQs, write our PCQ case studies, competition entries, award submissions, and newsletters.
2. Responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Manager in writing content for use in the bids, presentations, and all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach.
3. Identifying tender opportunities and monitoring tender portals and OJEU notices, and presenting relevant opportunities to the management team.
4. Responsible for producing and compiling bid documents for RFQs and solicitations, including but not limited to composing Company Profiles, Team Organizational Charts, Design Approach and Methodology Documents, and Team CVs.
5. Managing and updating writing in all marketing collateral including publications, portfolios, and CVs.
6. Reviewing competitions lists and compiling PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
* Demonstrable prior experience writing bids in an architectural practice is essential.
* Excellent writing skills. Creative writing or journalism background is preferred.
* Experience in bid writing within the architectural industry for at least 2 years.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Copywriting and copyediting skills.
* Top notch PowerPoint and InDesign skills.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
* Autonomous working and proactive.
