HR Business Partner
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£35,785 to £37,782 per annum
An opportunity has arisen to join the busy HR Team at City College Norwich. The role of HR Business Partner operates across all of the College’s campuses but is based at the College’s campus in the centre of Norwich. The role provides high level technical support to line managers on a range of workforce issues, as well as taking the lead in particular areas of HR.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level technical support to line managers on workforce issues.
2. Lead in specific areas of HR.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. CIPD qualified to at least level 5.
2. Current chartered membership of the CIPD.
3. Recent experience of managing a varied and complex HR caseload.
4. Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation.
5. Experience in a public sector environment is an advantage.
6. Familiarity with an integrated HR and Payroll system such as MHR is preferable.
