Their market leading platform has enhanced the business's performance, as a result consistent growth is up month on month. Due to year-on-year growth, my client is actively seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their successful team in supporting Advisors and Case Managers with administration duties.
Working collaboratively as part of a remote team you will:
* Contact first charge lenders to follow up on requested information regarding customers' mortgages.
* Daily reporting.
* Upload and assign to correct customer cases from incoming documents.
* Data entry - manually input data for broker-to-broker fact finds.
* Work as part of the team to share ideas, experience, and best practices.
* Actively seek out and promote improvements to systems and processes.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Computer literate - advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of products.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced/customer service-based environment.
