Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be a generalist but with two critical areas of focus-renewals execution and data analytics-ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our product throughout their entire lifecycle, ultimately leading to successful renewals. Renewals are at the heart of our success as a business. They account for a huge percent of our annual recurring revenue and are critical to our success, every late or lost renewal is big loss to the business. As part of your role, you will manage the 90-day period leading up to contract renewal. Your focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate execution of renewal contracts. Including customer relationships, quote preparation, alignment and updating, liaising with customers and procurement teams, managing any customer issues or changes to a contract. You will work closely with the Account Manager of an account to execute renewals in a timely manner that is in the customers and Seequent's best interest. You will also provide analytical support to the internal Seequent team. Answering ad-hoc analytical requests in a timely and accurate manner and providing data and insights that can help the business make accurate and timely decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting on a named set of renewal opportunities with things such as customer engagement, quote preparation, quote and contract updates, customer requested changes, closing renewals with the correct documentation and information. Managing the renewal process by addressing any potential obstacles, preparing renewal quotes, and facilitating discussions to ensure contract renewals occur smoothly and on time. Ad-hoc business intelligence and analysis for internal customers. In this dual role, you will play a critical part in driving customer retention and minimizing churn, while providing intelligence to internal stake holders that will drive decision making and optimising business operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage renewal execution by engaging with Account Management team 90 days before contract end date. The primary goal is ensuring that renewal contracts are executed promptly, without delays that could risk customer churn. Verify all renewal quotes are accurate and compliant with both customer requirements and internal policies (e.g., pricing, terms, legal compliance). Maintain a high renewal rate and low churn rate. While commercial negotiations are handled by the sales team, the efficient and accurate execution of contracts plays a key role in keeping customers satisfied and renewing their subscriptions. Proactively engage with customer to guide them through the renewal execution phase Success also means working effectively with the sales team, licensing and legal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and align on customer expectations. Work closely with key stakeholders in Finance, Commercial as well as the legal and product teams to help manage and optimise processes and workflows related to the region, including around SFL, SAP, licensing platforms and other BSS platforms directly impacting EMEA customers and business activities. In order to be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or administration. Experience working and liaising with customers. Experience with data analytics and data structure. A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related discipline is highly desired. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue generation. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI Highly empathetic and customer-focused, with a passion for helping clients succeed. Driven and proactive in identifying opportunities to add value for customers.
