We arelooking for a highly skilled manager, a strong character who has a hands-onapproach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operationalissues. Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential as isthe ability to organise, inspire and lead a team. Knowledge of ‘Opera’would be beneficial but not essential.
You will need a passion for this sector of theindustry and delivering outstanding service, in an environment where guestshave high expectations. Experience in the Rooms Division sector of thehospitality industry is essential, with a preference for those candidates whohave worked in a quality driven, high-volume environment.

Therole of Assistant Front of House Manager forms part of the ManagementTeam. In this position you will work closely with other operationalManagers to ensure that the guest and five-star service delivery is at thecentre of everything that we do. The successful candidate and their teamwill be expected to always deliver the ultimate guest experience, whereemployees interact with guests in a relaxed, pleasant but professionalmanner.
