As a Portfolio Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a full range of high-quality administrative support to Change Programme Managers and the Portfolio Management Team ensuring that business administration and clerical support is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
You will be valued for your contribution in terms of providing support covering a wide range of tasks including writing discussion summaries, managing correspondence systems and preparation of briefing packs.
As a Portfolio Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the Portfolio Delivery Reporting Lead by acting as a liaison with other stakeholders such as People & development to resolve departmental issues whilst personally championing a culture of continuous development
In recent years, the Change staff have primarily been working from home and it is envisaged the options in relation to hybrid working (home/office) will continue in the future.
